Weight Check

Just a quickie–I’ve got to get stricter with my diet (Okay, food choices) and seriously up my exercise. I actually gained about a pound since the last weight check. Wrong way; I still have to lose about 15 to get out of the ‘overweight’ category and into the ‘normal’ range. Less weight is better for knees, too.
